The ‘Gospel’ means good news. It is the good news that Jesus, came to earth as God in the flesh, died for our sins, was buried, rose again, ascended into heaven and will come again to receive us to Himself. To be with Christ forever, all we need to do is acknowledge and repent of our sins and believe that Christ is our Saviour.
The Bible tells us of this promised saviour and how we can be reconciled back to God, through the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.
